🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At MSPuregemstones by MsAstrology, we take pride in offering ethically sourced, high-quality gemstones. While most purchases are final—especially those non-customised or astrologically not energised—we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and exchange process within 10 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility & Conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by:
- Product certificate
- Invoice
- Packaging and documentation
Returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Personalised energised gemstones
- Custom-made gemstone jewellery where size, design, or color concerns arise post-delivery
- Damages caused by mishandling, neglect, or improper use
Requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the delivery date. Late submissions may not be considered.

📩 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at support@msastrology.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Include photos and unboxing videos showing the issue, if applicable.
Our team will evaluate your request and confirm eligibility.
If approved:
- Ensure all original contents are securely packed for return.
- You may return in-store (Hyderabad flagship location) during working hours or ship via a reliable courier.
- Share the courier tracking details for verification and follow-up.

💳 Refund Timeline

Refunds (if applicable) are initiated within seven business days of receiving the returned item.
Depending on your bank/card provider, funds may take 3–7 additional business days to reflect.

📌 Important Notes

Shipping fees, taxes (including GST/VAT), and any applicable duties are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Payment gateway charges (if applied) are non-refundable.
No restocking fee is charged.
For package safety, please avoid mentioning terms like “gemstones,” “jewellery,” or “precious” on the outer label.
