You may request account termination at any time in writing. Refunds may not be available once services or content have been accessed. MSPuregemstones reserves the right to terminate memberships without prior notice for breach of this agreement. Certain provisions will remain in effect even after termination.

7. Affiliates and Outsourcing

We may engage third parties to deliver services without prior notice, while retaining full responsibility for member rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including trademarks, product descriptions, and visual assets—is proprietary. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited and may result in termination. MSPuregemstones does not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content posted by users.

9. User-Posted Content

You are responsible for all content you post. You may not post or transmit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing material. MSPuregemstones reserves the right to review and remove content and may request evidence to verify authenticity. By posting publicly, you grant MSPuregemstones and affiliates the right to use your content. Content promoting hate, illegal activities, exploitation, or unauthorised sales is strictly prohibited.

17. Misuse Reporting

Please report violations or misuse to our support team. MSPuregemstones may take action, including account suspension. Deliberate false reports may also lead to account restrictions.
